Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping within Canada. You can order as many items as you want, and you’ll never pay any shipping fees. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time Calculation

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  1. Processing Time:

    • Once payment is successfully completed, the order processing begins immediately.
    • Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday).
  2. Order Cut-off Time:

    • 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto).
  3. Shipping Time:

    • Standard Shipping: 7-8 business days (Monday - Friday).
  4. Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Standard Shipping Time (7-8 business days).

Address or Product Changes

Any modifications to the shipping address or products within an order may extend the processing time by an additional 1 to 2 business days. We always strive to accommodate customer requests, but adjustments require careful review to ensure accuracy.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your order using our Track Order page.

Issues with Tracking Number

Tracking numbers may take 1–2 days to be updated in the carrier’s system. If the tracking number does not work within 3 business days, please reach out to us at info@twillandweave.com for assistance.

Missing Items

If you notice any missing items from your order, please inform our customer service team at info@twillandweave.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Include your order number and a description of the missing item for a swift resolution.
